Update: November 1st - "A Lot of Irons in the Fire"

Unfortunately updates have been lacking due to simply working on too much at once. This is prompting me to start recording a simple update video to discuss some of what is happening, and what is being prepared for the near future. This post is just a brief overview.

Work has been extremely busy. My previous success from the project I was loaned out to another company on resulted in getting pushed into UUV work. I've even been informed of yet another project my name has been submitted for. Being busy is far from a complaint here, as sudden loss of a major contract has resulted in some problems at the office. I was lucky to have ended up being switched to another department long before that hit. I've been told the department I previously worked for when starting with this company has about five people left in it - three of which are managers. I'll get into a little more detail in the update video I've been recording.

As for the legal front.

The blog now has a domain name redirect - michelledickerman.com. This was a required step to begin using cloudflare to filter out a great deal of bot traffic that had been flooding the blog. These bots weren't doing anything damaging to the site as far as I could tell, but I was tired of seeing blogger's analytics being flooded by the false hits. Eventually the michelledickerman.com domain will redirect to the main website at michellemanweiler.com when the time comes to sunset the blog. In regards to the main site, I've been working on the other pages for it in the background and will publish them when they are ready.

Also, I ran into a cloudflare issue when using Safari and Brave browsers that I hadn't been aware of. Everything showed up fine for me on firefox, but I had never tested it on Brave or Safari. That was my mistake. I've temporarily switched some things off to allow viewing on other browsers until I fully correct the issue.

The primary video that will go into a few things related to John Dickerman is still being edited - though John Dickerman won't be the only subject discussed in the video. This video is being done alongside a video discussing the likelihood of Michelle Dickerman having what is referred to as Vulnerable Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I don't have experience editing videos and working software related to content creation so this unfortunately eats up more time than I would have liked.

My primary focus however has been the FOIA request I'm putting together. This is part of my escalation, as I will be pressing this dispute until it goes public one way or the other. This will be filed with the police and District Attorney's office in Charlottesville, and relates to the investigation of my blog that took place after Michelle Dickerman made contact with them. I will be accusing Charlottesville law enforcement - and Warner Chapman and Joseph Platania specifically - of committing a coverup and railroading back in 2006. I will obviously go over my evidence of Michelle's criminal acts, and I will even discuss the information I have about her father's potential involvement in the case behind the scenes.

The primary focus of this FOIA however is getting all documentation related to Michelle Dickerman's contact with them post-2006. I'm not looking for the 2006 criminal case emails. I'll worry about getting those another time. For the post-2006 investigation however, Charlottesville had no jurisdiction to investigate any crime related to the blog (which no crime even took place for there to be an investigation), and thus Charlottesville used tax payer resources as a personal favor for Michelle Dickerman.

Michelle Dickerman, according to her own LinkedIn profile, was no longer a resident of Charlottesville in September of 2006 - when she began working for a law firm based in Washington DC. I have never been a resident of Charlottesville and Michelle Dickerman ceased being one in 2006. Yet years later Charlottesville law enforcement used tax payer resources to benefit a woman who hadn't been a resident of the city in years. They did this when no crime had taken place in Charlottesville's jurisdiction, as evidenced by the fact they never took it further than going over my blog.

Given that Rudman clearly download a page of the blog to sort through the website code on a non-internet connected computer, and Michelle Dickerman first began attempting to obscure her views of the blog after this event - it appears Charlottesville's purpose was to instruct Michelle Dickerman in covertly viewing the blog. That's not an acceptable use of tax payer money, and I'm willing to bet the news agencies I send copies of the FOIA request to will agree on that statement.

My intention is to force Charlottesville's hand on a few things here. For one, in order to claim they don't have to provide that documentation to me under the VA legal code they claimed for the emails and files from the 2006 court case - Charlottesville would have to admit they conducted a criminal investigation post-2006. Given no crime took place, no crime occurred in Charlottesville's jurisdiction, and Michelle Dickerman hadn't been a resident of the city in years - this is not an admission Charlottesville wants to make. They would have to either admit they abused tax payer resources for a personal favor for Dickerman, or they have to give me the appropriate documentation. Since I'm going to send out copies of this FOIA to local Virginia news stations as well as national news stations, I imagine someone out there will want to see what Charlottesville's response to this accusation will be.

I also will plainly state in the FOIA that my intention is also to further gather evidence against Joseph Platania to use against his qualified immunity in court. I believe I already have enough to burn his immunity as a prosecutor already. This is just adding another layer to it. I will go over an entire summary in the FOIA of what I'm accusing the Charlottesville law enforcement of doing in 2006. There is no doubt that Platania will be seething enough to call me up and probably scream at me. It will all be empty threats however - neither Michelle Dickerman nor Platania will ever attempt legal actions against me.

Because doing it gives me the publicity I need to expose the entire shitshow. Dickerman and her husband already proved me correct on that belief. Which I'll go over just how bad that actually looks for both of them in the videos - specifically the video where I discuss John Dickerman. I know the two of them think they are keeping something damaging in their 'back pocket' for later - but their actions scream their guilt to everyone. Nobody would have responded like they responded. Nobody would handle it the way they handled it. They handled it like guilty people. Their actions look like two people who are more afraid of a police investigation than they are of me.

I'm going to make it very clear to Joseph Platania - either you wreck Dickerman's life or she's going to wreck yours one day. I put forward a very clear offer - I want someone's proverbial head in court, and that party gets to walk away without further problems from me. I'll give Platania a very simple offer - his "head" or Michelle Dickerman's "head". If Michelle Dickerman were to ever decide to rat out the Charlottesville law enforcement and admit they knew she committed a crime and did a coverup? Well Joseph Platania's life is wrecked. He can forget qualified immunity. She might even MeToo him given his sexual discussion about her over the phone with my former lawyer. Effectively Michelle Dickerman has the power to stomp on his throat and Chapman's throat if she came clean.

Platania either has to trust that a woman who is a proven liar won't try to snake him in the future to get me off her back, or he has to get Michelle Dickerman first. If he dismisses the felony against me and files charges against Michelle Dickerman, Dickerman now has to keep her mouth shut. She can't publicly run with any narrative when the media sticks a microphone in her face. She would be facing both criminal charges and a serious civil suit if Platania struck her first. Not only would anything Dickerman says be used against her later, but nobody will trust anything she says. Any accusations would just be seen as her trying to save her own ass.

But if Dickerman got Platania first - he can't touch her. She would effectively be a material witness testifying against him and the law enforcement apparatus of Charlottesville. I'm pretty sure that means Charlottesville couldn't do anything to her at that point. It would be up to the State AG, and they might be very reluctant to pursue criminal charges against her given the complete shitshow of 2006 and the serious accusations of corruption. Basically whichever side gets the other first - they end up coming out of the ensuing disaster with far less consequences than the side that screwed around and did nothing. And if it turns out the news agencies that get the FOIA copies start asking questions - someone's hand is going to get forced. I'm mailing out a lot of copies, and all it takes is just one reporter to drag this entire corrupt affair into the light.

I'm going to impress upon Platania just how fucked he'll be if Dickerman snakes him in the future, and see if he's smart enough to see the benefit to cracking Michelle Dickerman with the legal sledgehammer. Will he actually be smart enough to go after her? We'll see. I'm not going to hold my breath obviously, but if he starts getting calls for comment from news media agencies - I imagine he'll be far more interested in what I have to say. If Platania does nothing however after seeing everything in that FOIA request, he would be giving me a weapon to use against him one day. His immunity would no longer exist.

A reason for holding off on moving with the FOIA sooner is something I'll get into more detail on the update video. But in a nutshell, I never got the 20 years good behavior term removed. Years ago I talked with a lawyer about getting it removed, since I had intentions on the restoration of my rights to include firearms rights. I needed a lawyer to petition the court to have it reduced to time served. I had remembered what the Charlottesville probation officer had told me. The lawyer however said that the probation officer was incorrect and that 20 years good behavior was actually completely irrelevant when it came to rights restoration and a pardon.

He informed me that he would get the 20 years reduced when I was ready to do it, but he also gave me a warning. I had discussed the blog and my evidence against Dickerman with him during our talk. He asked me to not take an 'online victory lap' when my firearms rights were restored. He was concerned that Michelle Dickerman might try something if I announced it. He said I should pretend it never took place. And for a very long time I took his advice. I pretended that my rights weren't restored. I've decided however that I'm no longer concerned about whether Michelle Dickerman knows about this information or not. She's not going to do anything anyway even if she could. Because Dickerman knows that gives me the one thing I need to wreck her life - a public forum. If she thinks the news media was interested in 2006, she hasn't seen anything yet.

Getting back on track, as I said I've never bothered to get the 20 years reduced. I had my rights back without taking that step. I also had no intentions of asking for a pardon, and I would refuse any attempt to pardon me. As I've discussed in what I've recorded so far, I've come to find out that a pardon has to be accepted by the person pardoned. Just because pardons are almost always accepted in 99% of cases doesn't mean someone can't refuse it. I'm not accepting a pardon for a crime I didn't commit. Had that been done way back when I was unemployed and struggling in the very beginning, I likely would have accepted it. But twenty years of serious harm later? NO. I want someone's "head" now. We're settling this dispute my way after all these years, and it is happening on my terms one way or the other.

I didn't care to fix the 20 years garbage because I knew none of these people were ever going to try anything. Michelle Dickerman has confirmed this. Again, if any of them were ever dumb enough to attempt something they would just reveal the entire corrupt 2006 shitshow publicly and thus wreck their own lives. But sending in that FOIA request would be firing a shot at Charlottesville. I wanted to back Platania into a corner, and if he doesn't have that 20 years requirement anymore, then he would have to do something extremely risky and stupid to come after me. Without the 20 years good behavior, Platania no longer has an easy way of screwing with me. I'd rather make things as difficult as possible for him.

The 20 years is up in a few more days. This milestone however does make me angry. We've already hit 20 years since my arrest this summer. We're now about to hit 20 years since my life was wrecked with a felony I never committed. 20 years since I was railroaded. I will make people pay a severe price for that.

We're going to have this too long delayed showdown. This FOIA request is just the first shot fired of what will become an increasing escalation. It isn't a matter of whether Michelle Dickerman will see consequences for what she did because that's happening regardless. It instead has merely become a matter of how many people around her have to get ruined in the process thanks to her own choices. As I've discussed in the John Dickerman video being currently edited - her husband's reputation is already going to be trashed when everything comes out. I imagine a professional lobbyist will have a hard time with getting his reputation dragged. Hard to whisper in a politician's ear for corporate overlords if your name is trashed because you've been enabling your wife to keep covering up her crimes. It won't be my fault it happens either. John and Michelle Dickerman can look in the mirror if they want someone to blame for it.

I hope the rush that this narcissistic woman got for wrecking someone's life over a lie is worth it. I hope satisfying her vindictiveness over emails criticizing her was worth what's coming for her in the future. When everything she built gets burned down around her, the only person she has to blame is herself.

A couple of updates at the completion of the project

As of this week, I'm no longer on the previous project that has occupied me extensively since October of last year. My part in it has been completed, and currently the client's in-house team are prepping everything to start building. I'm now shifting back onto the project I was previously working with my current employer.

That last sentence should tell you all you need to know about whether I received a job offer. But in case it didn't make it clear enough - no, they didn't remotely even hint at offering me a job. This was even after I came down to their location in person for the final meeting and handing in their laptop. They had ordered lunch for everyone at the facility (it was primarily a repair house for SF boats so it isn't a large influx of personnel), something they do when people are leaving. The project head I've been working under gave a talk beforehand where they discussed the work I was doing, and I received praise for my role in it. Even the office administrator who took control of the laptop when I turned it in joked about "Wow you got lunch and a speech". That praise did not result in an attempt to 'poach' me from my employer however, and that is abnormal considering my past experiences.

Could their lack of a job offer have other explanations besides the felony? Sure, but it is less likely.

While they might not want to piss off my current employer if they plan to work with them again in the future, this has a low probability. It never stopped Government sectors from poaching employees from contractor companies they regularly worked with during my time with BMT. I've even seen it with my current employer and other companies. The contract I will be returning to has another company who is the contract holder we are working under. That company directly poached someone on our team just before I went to work on this previous short-term contract. Business is business as they say, and I doubt any company is going to refuse potential work just because they've lost employees to another company in the past.

I can't account for the unknown obviously. What I do know however is this - the discovering of my felony during a background check caused a Government client to get their cortisol levels spiking. This had to be smoothed over by the company I was contracted under - the company that praised my efforts but didn't back that praise up with an attempt to hire me. A reasonable conclusion can be drawn from this.

In regards to the felony charge I would also like to point something out before closing. I was arrested on June 14th of 2006 by Michelle Dickerman's lies and fabrications. This week we have officially hit 20 years from the point at which Michelle Dickerman has dismantled my life and caused irreparable damage. I want Dickerman and her husband to think very hard on what this means going forward. On just how much they stand to lose in the future as this situation heads towards a far too long delayed reckoning.

TWENTY YEARS

So far the both of them, Michelle Dickerman especially, have continued sticking their heads in the sand while they pretend the problem will just go away on its own. How has that worked out for you so far? I'm well aware that on my end, me just wishing for it to be fixed isn't going to work. So I'm going to escalate things. I'm going to escalate a lot. I'm going to keep pushing and taking things further to the point that neither Michelle or John Dickerman can keep ignoring the situation. Especially since I will be moving forward with the tactics against Charlottesville I previously mentioned.

I'm going to get in Charlottesville's face. I'm going to force Platana's hand. This situation can either be solved with Michelle Dickerman's cooperation or without it. With her cooperation is the only option where Dickerman gets to have any say in the narrative that goes public, along with having any control in the consequences she would be facing. Without her cooperation means she has zero say in the narrative nor will she have any control of what happens to her future.

If I have to do this myself it'll be far too late by that point for her. Any finger pointing at Platania by Dickerman won't hold any water once a criminal investigation into her crimes takes place. If Platania decided to take legal action against Dickerman first, she could even go as far as attempting to MeToo him and it won't help her. Nobody will take her word against the prosecutor if she's already facing an investigation and charges. People will just see any accusations from her as an act of desperation on Dickerman's part.

Michelle Dickerman can either come clean and right her wrongs to the greatest extent possible first, or she can do the legal equivalent of 'biting the curb' and waiting for her head to get stomped in. The woman I've previously discussed in other posts, who came forward on her false testimony that got a man sentenced to 40 years, received a pathetic slap on the wrist by comparison to the harm she actually inflicted. Because the State has a reason to encourage false witnesses to come forward, and thus they don't tend to stomp on someone who comes forward. This happened in Virginia, more specifically in the hometown of both Dickerman and myself. But this 'slap on the wrist' was only after the woman came forward on her own. She also waited four years before she was pushed by someone to fess up - she didn't wait 20 years to finally take action. The fact that Michelle Dickerman has allowed this to fester for so long is something that is really going to hurt her in the future. As a lawyer Dickerman also has no ability to claim ignorance of the weight of her actions like that other woman did.

I'm not going to lie on this - as easy as it would make things for me if she came clean, I really hope she's dumb enough to keep hiding and not fixing this. Because after 20 years of this I want to shred everything she's ever cared about in life and I'm not stopping until I get it. I can either have Platania's head or Dickerman's head - we'll see which of the two of them is smart enough to snake the other. Even if both refuse, I've already made the call of where this entire thing is heading in the future anyway. I'll be discussing this further in the first of many videos I'm currently producing.

Update - End of May: Recording and Video Production Proceeding

Michelle Dickerman, US Department of Treasury
Michelle Dickerman
As the project I'm currently working winds down with the design phase in June, to get offloaded to the contract holders own in-house team for overseeing the production work at their shipyard, I'll have more time freed up soon to start working on things I've been delaying for too long. I will point out that this current company I've been attached to for this work has made no offers to me for employment with them. They alerted my employer and I to when my last day working the project will be. This was so that both my current employer and I can coordinate my return to the project I was working prior, along with the return of the contracting company's laptop I've been using.

In a majority of jobs I've worked in cooperation with other companies, both onsite and remote, I've always received job offers while working for my previous (and now bankrupt) employer of ten years. On every contract I worked onsite with the Coast Guard for example, while they couldn't directly tell me to apply for GS jobs because of some specific rules, they had ways of encouraging the poaching of contractors without violating any rules. The USCG GS employees made sure in their own ways that I was made aware of all the job postings that were open in their department, and made a point to keep bringing up around me that they needed people with my skill set to fulfill those roles. Companies in the private sector had no such restrictions of course, and I've received direct job offers from those companies many times at the end of those projects.

All of these job offers happened while working with my previous employer of ten years as I said. Every single time I had to turn those offers down even when I really wanted to take the offer. I had a felony on my record after all, and I was greatly concerned that said felony would cause that new job to fall through. The last thing I needed was to leave my (at the time) steady employer for a company that had a high chance of dropping me once the background check was done. My recent experiences in the years since my old employer's bankruptcy, has more than proven that my caution all those years was completely warranted. I've had multiple setbacks attempting to move to other companies since. Some have made it clear that my status as a felon was an issue. Others never said anything that made it crystal clear what the problem was, but there is enough evidence to suggest that the felony was the reason.

This current company running the project I'm subbed out to has made it very clear they are happy with my work. But that praise has not materialized into asking me to hire on with them, and the contract ends by the middle of next month. This employer already knows I have a felony. Because my background check result, needed for me to gain access to certain places for meetings, caused some screaming by someone in a government position. This was smoothed over because of need, deadlines, and the fact I was the only person with the right skill set available at the time - but that definitely didn't help my situation. When I heard the contracting company hired someone that had a similar skill set to mine, previously mentioned in another post, I had already expected that no job offer would be forthcoming. It is clear now that I was correct. Which is a shame, because working with this company would have actually been a good thing for me. This is yet another issue that is going to add to Michelle Annette Dickerman's list of problems she will be facing in the future.

The benefit at least from wrapping up this project and moving on, is that I'll be able to slow down a bit. This one has been a rough one due to the pace and other issues. I'll now be able to start working on things I've had to delay, which involves multiple items related to this dispute with Michelle Dickerman.

I've been going over sections of transcripts I've produced, via a voice memo app that I used to transcribe things I've gone over during long drives. These will be condensed down into talking points that I'll use as a guide for the videos I previously discussed in the last post. I have also been reviewing software for the recording and editing and learning how to use it.

I've setup the Shure mic and the pre-amp and they work pretty well. I did have issues with dialing in the audio and reviewing the edits, so I've picked up a headphone amp and studio headphones to plug into the pre-amp for that purpose
. I haven't picked up a camera because I have no interest in sticking my face up on the videos. I'd rather use images, evidence, and artwork to help explain the situation. None of this is gear that is top tier or high priced stuff by the way - it's decent mid-tier gear but it isn't something you'll see a professional podcaster running. Nor am I picking it up just for pushing out videos on Dickerman, although they certainly help in that regard.

I've had intentions of getting a similar setup like this for unrelated things for years now and just hadn't had the motivation or time before. In the past I have streamed a little with various games and simulators, mainly to just friends and family who tuned in. I'm no longer doing much in the way of streaming anymore, but I have had a desire for other related content creation. Pulling the trigger on ditching long write ups to switch over to a video format was the motivation I needed to start setting things up.

Not to mention that being able to produce better sounding content helps push this dispute out into the public eye. A video is far more likely to go viral if effort is put into its creation, rather than putting out something that looks and sounds like late 2000's 'PowerPoint' YouTube videos. It might take me a bit to get it dialed in, but I'm hoping to get to a point where the videos at least sound great. This will also help with putting out short form videos on various social media to spread the word.

That for now is my main focus. The AI post has kind of sat on the back-burner because I would like to publish the first of the videos before the AI post. We'll see what happens with that. The AI experiment has been interesting, mainly because I ditched garbage AI like ChatGPT and shopped around for better options with no guardrails. I never once asked ChatGPT anything Dickerman related, instead I was putting questions to it about various factual subjects as a test during my initial screwing around with it. That didn't go well at all. I've even ditched using it for image creation (though this is more due to the handicapping guardrails in place).

Plenty of people have seen the videos of the guy asking ChatGPT various things that it kept getting wrong, like what months on the calendar have an 'X' in them. More than a few boomer lawyers have also been burned when ChatGPT hallucinated non-existent supporting court cases/decisions when writing their motions and briefs. I didn't want AI that lied to me when discussing this legal situation. I've dealt with more than enough lies from Michelle Dickerman, I don't need a clanker doing it as well.

That's about all for the update at the moment. Hopefully the next post is either a video, or the AI experiment.
